Cycling from Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise is on the east coast, north of Arrecife. Since 2022 a promenade with a bike path runs along the sea to the capital: about 9 km each way and almost flat. Ride on the bike path, not the walkway: in Spain bikes aren't allowed in pedestrian areas.
Inland, the road climbs to Teguise, the old capital of the island, and on to the surf village of Caleta de Famara. Further north, the Tabayesco climb takes you over the hills to Haría, and on to the Mirador del Río.
Bike rental in Costa Teguise comes to you: we deliver free to any hotel, apartment or villa and pick the bike up from the same place.
