Delivery times
We deliver every day between 10:00 and 18:00. You choose the time when you book.
On your last day we pick the bike up from the same place, also between 10:00 and 18:00.
Delivery questions
Do you deliver to villas outside the towns?
Yes. We deliver anywhere on the island, villas and fincas included, at no extra cost. That includes bike hire in Playa Honda, Puerto Calero and Caleta de Famara.
Can I leave the bike at reception?
Yes. Leave it at reception or meet us, whichever suits you.
Is there a delivery fee?
No. Delivery and pick-up are free.
What happens when you deliver the bike?
We set the saddle to your height, check the bike with you and give you the lock that comes with it. You pay the €100 deposit in cash or by card, and we return it when we pick the bike up.
Is there a minimum rental for delivery?
Yes, the minimum rental is 3 days. Delivery and pick-up are free for every rental.
Do you deliver to Club La Santa?
Yes. For bike hire at Club La Santa we bring the bike to the resort, or anywhere in La Santa and Tinajo, free, at the time you choose between 10:00 and 18:00.
