How much does it cost to rent a bike in Lanzarote?
Bike hire in Lanzarote starts at €10 a day for a city bike, €15 for a mountain bike and €18 for an e-bike, with free delivery to your hotel. The longer you rent, the less each day costs.
Can I book online?
Yes. Choose your bike, your dates and where you're staying, then pay the rental online when you book.
When do I pay?
You pay the rental online when you book. The deposit is paid when we deliver the bike.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, €100 per bike. You pay it in cash or by card when we deliver, and we return it when we pick the bike up.
Can I rent a bike for one day?
The minimum rental is 3 days. From there, the longer you rent, the less each day costs.
Can I cancel?
Yes, for free up to 7 days before delivery, with a full refund. After that we can't refund the booking.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my hotel or villa?
Yes, anywhere on the island, and delivery and pick-up are free. We bring the bike at the time you choose, between 10:00 and 18:00, and pick it up at the end.
Where can I hire a bike in Puerto del Carmen?
We bring the bike to your hotel or apartment in Puerto del Carmen. Delivery and pick-up are free.
Do you deliver to Club La Santa?
Yes. For bike rental at Club La Santa we bring the bike to the resort, or anywhere in La Santa and Tinajo, free, at the time you choose between 10:00 and 18:00.
Bikes and riding
Are a helmet and lock included?
The lock is included. A helmet is €1 a day and a phone holder €2 a day.
What are some good bike routes in Lanzarote?
Timanfaya, Mirador del Río, La Geria, the Famara loop and the Papagayo beaches.
Is Lanzarote good for cycling in winter?
Yes. Winter is the main cycling season here: mild, dry and sunny. Expect wind, mostly from the north-east.
